Service Description

This service provides a full day of staging and styling to transform your beautiful home for potential buyers to fall in love! This service can take up to 7 hours in the home with 2 hours of planning and prep time. A Design plan is made prior to staging day, so that we can style the home flawlessly and in a timely fashion. You will receive a Home Preparation Plan to complete beforehand, as well as, a checklist for each room. All main areas and rooms will be prepared and essential staging accessories will be recommended to purchase or rental accessories are available for a monthly fee. The final touches will fuel the buyer's imagination and evoke a feeling of home.
